I don't know about you, but we are currently sitting under more than a foot of snow! I was out all afternoon shovelling and when I came in the house, all I could think of was "I MISS SUMMER!". We took a vacation to some deserted islands, kind of like the one in your picture, and it was great we are still talking about it. So, that's what I loved best about last summer. In general, the things I like best about summer are swimming and taking family vacations.
I love when I go to pick my boys up from summer camp how happy they are to see me & for me to learn about all the things they learned. From stories about falling off bunk beds, to canoeing on the river, taking & testing water samples to what animals they saw & studied.
My favourite thing in the summer is wishing for the snow. Seriously. That and watching the girls play, at the beach, in water, with bubbles or jumping on the trampoline.

My favorite thing about summer is watching my little girl get excited over all the people out, the colorful flowers and the giggles and laughs when she is playing at the park! The warm sun feels so great after a long cold winter!!!
The sun,beach and vacation time is what I love about the summer.
